Valentine's Day the Movie

Valentine's Day the Movie

Yesterday, went out with kelly and ly to watch the movie..actually its more like kelly who wants to watch de...hehe actually i also wanted =P...Well, to me its the US version of love actually, and it is really all too similar. Somehow, i felt that Love Actually still is much better, maybe cuz of the british charm, which works much better than the US side...lolz..I dunno...there were some really good one-liners in the show though...haha...and the part about the footballer being gay, well they never really elaborate much about it...hmm..maybe in the few early moments that we missed bah. Its essentially a few stories all mix into the movie lor, like how one character will be linked with another.

Like the Ashton Kutcher and Jennifer Garner one and the Old man story. The Jennifer one is about 2 best friends and how they eventually end up together. And their phrase is" How do you maintain the relationship?. Just get along with your best friend" The old man story is when the guy realise that his wife had a short affair in the past and he couldn't accept it, and he learnt about it on Valentine's day. Phrase is" When you love someone, you got to love not only the good things but also the bad as well"

Along the show, random thoughts pop up in my head, like when the phrase from Jennifer story...brought me back to the past..lolz...and a bit of like" yeah right" feeling crops up. And quite a lot of really random things popped up. Also, taking a leaf out of somewhere I read" The more you seek it, the furthur away you are from it". Anyways, if its meant to happen, no matter what I do, it is meant to be lor. Somehow, I always think such shows are meant to make one feel better or rather to give the audience that there is some pure and untainted love and that the good guys will always get the girls de...lolz...sadly we all know that ain't true, right? If you ask me, "how do you know you like someone? " When he or she becomes someone so important, that you cannot imagine life without them.
